1.well jointingmake the chairs and table more sturdy, not eay to broken. (eg, itcan support the the adult''s weight when the adult stand on thelegs of chair)

 

2.good sewing makethe chair good appearance

 

3.the point: highclass aluminum tube or steel tube. some factory use 1.5mm even 0.8or 0.6mm thickness aluminum tube with regenerated cotton. the priceobviously very cheap.

 

4.high densityfoam, my factory normally using over 40 density foam; good moldedfoam

 

 

Packing Details

1.we pack the product legs & arms with bubble bag forprotection

 

2.soft blanket as the second layer

 

3.the outer packing material is carton box

 

4.some round tables and chairs, we pack it with carboard in order tosave container space

 

5.PE bags for cushions and pillows to prevent dirty

 

6.we wrap fittings seperately and tightly to prevent it losing andspilling.
